I had a well-equipped and brand-new room in this fairly clean hotel. The staff were all top-class and excellent. The setting was absolutely perfect, short walk to the old city's downtown, and the Sunday night market. Chiang Mai Old Town district was worth exploring.

The breakfast was marvellous and offered plenty of options. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with tasteful interiors, modern shower plus a very comfortable bed and that's great.

Liked our rooms with tasteful interiors. The staff was very amiable, took good care of everyone. The service provided there was excellent! Plus, we was able to park the car on site. Also, location was comfy, a 10-15 minute walk from a Buddhist temple.

During my stay at Marigold Lanna, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It had a separate sleeping area and a lounge, which provided a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bathroom and shower were also of a good size and very clean. What impressed me the most was the hotel's flexibility on check-in time. Despite arriving very early in the morning, they had the doors open and the staff quickly facilitated our check-in, even before the usual check-in time. This level of helpfulness continued throughout our stay, making it a positive experience overall. I would definitely book again.

While staying at Marigold Lanna, I did face some minor inconveniences. finding the hotel on the Grab app was a bit challenging.

Generally it's a clean hotel with amazingbreakfasts. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The property provided a GOOD customer service during our new year. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Comfy location close to a lovely park was a plus. What's more, it was close enough to the Old City, a Saturday night market, and can easily find public transport.

Magnificent and wonderful location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Wat Chai Phra Kiat. Marvellous breakfast with a lot of different foods.

The only minor downside is that not many people in the area seem to know about it yet. Nonetheless, the staff are excellent and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all the old city attractions such as the night and Sunday markets, and the Wats. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and convenient facilities such as easy parking. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the city.

Its location was favourable, near the Old City as well as airports. Local fast food option Kebab Zone was 5 minutes walk away😃
